  • 1 -1/2 cup sliced carrots

  • 1 cup Sliced onions

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 32 oz Beef broth

  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram

  • Salt and pepper

  • 20 oz water

  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

  • 1 package wide egg noodles

Directions

  1. Season stew meat liberally with Blak Magic bbq seasoning, brown in Dutch oven with a little oil.

  2. Add vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper, & mix to start heating vegetables.

  3. Add Italian Seasoning and marjoram, stir to incorporate.

  4. Add wine and 16 oz of water.

  5. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 4 hours. Or place on your grill or pit over low heat to add that smokey flavor.
