1/4 teaspoon marjoram
Salt and pepper
20 oz water

Add vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper, & mix to start heating vegetables.
Add Italian Seasoning and marjoram, stir to incorporate.
Add wine and 16 oz of water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 4 hours. Or place on your grill or pit over low heat to add that smokey flavor.
Boil water for egg noodles per package directions.
While water is getting hot, in a cup add corn starch and 4 oz of cold water. Stir till corn starch is dissolved, then add mixture to your beef burgundy, stir and continue to cook till sauce thickens.
