Black Magic Beef Burgundy

Ingredients
- 3 lb of stew meat
- 1.5 tablespoon of Black Magic Seasoning
- 2 cups Burgundy wine
- 1 -1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup Sliced onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 32 oz Beef broth
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- Salt and pepper
- 20 oz water
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 package wide egg noodles
Directions
- Season stew meat liberally with Blak Magic bbq seasoning, brown in Dutch oven with a little oil.
- Add vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper, & mix to start heating vegetables.
- Add Italian Seasoning and marjoram, stir to incorporate.
- Add wine and 16 oz of water.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 4 hours. Or place on your grill or pit over low heat to add that smokey flavor.
- Boil water for egg noodles per package directions.
- While water is getting hot, in a cup add corn starch and 4 oz of cold water. Stir till corn starch is dissolved, then add mixture to your beef burgundy, stir and continue to cook till sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and server over a bed of egg noodles.
