Custom Engraving & Embroidery Policy
We’re excited to create your personalized item and want you to love it. To keep everything fair, clear, and legally compliant, please read the rules below:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom request that contains:
- Hate speech of any kind (racist, anti-Semitic, homophobic, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory)
- Anything that promotes, glorifies, or references Nazism, fascism, terrorism, or violent extremist ideologies (including “Heil Hitler,” swastikas, SS runes, “88,” etc.)
- Threats of violence, profanity, obscenity, or sexually explicit content
- Copyrighted/trademarked material without permission
- Political campaign or electioneering content that violates platform rules
Refund & Return Rules for All Personalized Items
- All engraved, embroidered, or otherwise customized products are made-to-order and are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once your order is placed — even if you simply change your mind, misspell a name, or no longer want the item.
- The only exception: If we discover prohibited content (see list above) before production begins, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Once production starts (even a few seconds after you click “Submit”), the item becomes final-sale and no refund or exchange is possible, even if the item has not yet shipped.
By placing a custom order you confirm:
- Your text/artwork fully complies with this policy
- You understand and accept that personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason other than prohibited content discovered before production
