  • 1 can (15 oz) baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Steps for RobMcBBQ's South African Chakalaka:

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft and golden, about 3-4 minutes.
