I have more than 30 years of experience as a meat cutter and butcher with H-E-B that started in a small Texas town called Uvalde. My passion for cooking began at an early age, inspired by my grandmother Chita, who taught me that great food brings people together. What started as a family tradition in my grandmothers kitchen has grown into an exciting journey of sharing my love for meat, barbecue, and cooking with others. Today, I proudly serve as a brand ambassador for Lifespace US and Smokey Woods, combining decades of industry knowledge with a lifelong passion for creating memorable meals and helping others enjoy the art of cooking"
