The firepit is really a lovely piece of equipment - it looks good, it's light to use, and the fire burns like a dream - a real ambience setter.
But that's not the important part of this review - my real review is of the customer care received from Alex. There was a small issue with my firepit, nothing serious, so I contacted Lifespace and was helped by Alex. Talk about customer care! She went above and beyond to address the matter and keep a customer happy. And, that she did.
