This is a nice unique knife. A nice addition to my kitchen collection. Sharp right from the start. The thin tip blade I'm sure will come in handy. Has a good feel in your hand.

I wasn’t sure how the quality was gonna be when I bought this knife but I can sincerely say I am very happy with it! The day I received it in the mail I had bought a bbq’d pork shoulder from a Latin market and the knife was fantastic for removing the meat off the bone as well as cutting thru the crispy skin! Really satisfied customer here!!!
Nice solid wood handle, very sharp, and I love how pointy it is! Great for flipping meat on 5he grill!
I don't think you could find knives that look more like they were CREATED for cutting Barbecue! These knives are FORMIDABLE and very GOOD LOOKING!
