But that's not the important part of this review - my real review is of the customer care received from Alex. There was a small issue with my firepit, nothing serious, so I contacted Lifespace and was helped by Alex. Talk about customer care! She went above and beyond to address the matter and keep a customer happy. And, that she did.
Perfect for downtown Charleston!
I use this for barbecue, it was awesome!
I am genuinely pleasantly surprised by how much I like this product, it works perfectly and is nice and light enough to pack away or even take with camping if I want to. Ordering process was seamless, delivery was fast and efficient! Thanks guys - I will be using it a lot
